Article 3 (Management of user ID and password)

Article 4 (Sales contract)

The ownership of the product will be transferred to the user when the Company delivers the product to the delivery company.

The Company may cancel the sales contract under the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the user if the user falls under any of the following reasons.

Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation methods for purchase applications, and return methods for this service will be determined separately by the Company.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Service.

In the event of a dispute regarding this Service, the court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
