1. なぜ人材会社からIT企業へ転職したいのですか？
日本語： 「私は医療分野と人材会社での経験で、人の意見をよく聞く習慣が身につきました。この習慣を生かして、より広い対象に役立てるために、IT技術を身につけながら成長したいと考えています。」
English: “I want to leverage the habit I developed in listening carefully to people, along with my healthcare and recruitment experience, to deliver broader and more impactful solutions. To strengthen this, I decided to transition into an IT-focused company.”
2. あなたの得意な技術やスキルを教えてください。
日本語： 「私は、問題を早く見つけ、原因を分析することが得意です。APIのデータ調査やデバッグの経験もあります。そして、経営陣組に近づいて信頼を構築することも得意です。また、小さい子どもにも分かりやすく教える力を持っています。」
English: “I am good at quickly spotting problems and analyzing root causes. I also have experience investigating API data and debugging. Additionally, I am skilled at building trustful relationships with executives, and I have a strength in explaining things clearly even to small children.”

3. (テクニカル)エラーログを見た時、最初に確認することは何ですか？
日本語： 「最初にエラーコードの内容を確認します。そして、標準のコードや詳しいログを見ながら、問題の発生元を調べます。」
English: “First, I check the content of the error code. Then, I analyze the standard codes and detailed logs to find out where the problem occurred.”
