1.自己紹介をしてください。

日本語: 「ジェイソンといいます。日本の広島で、12年間、小学生と中学生に英語を教えていました。その後、イギリスで日本文化の雑貨を売る企業「ジャパンハウス」に勤めました。今は新しいしごとを探しています。」

英語: “My name is Jason. I spent 12 years teaching English to elementary and junior high school students in Hiroshima. After returning to the UK, I worked at ‘Japan House,’ a company specializing in Japanese cultural goods. I am currently seeking a new opportunity.”

2.なぜニワキで働きたいと思ったのですか？

日本語: 「日本文化が大好きで、特に日本の美しさや思いを大切にするところに興味を持ちました。ニワキの商品はそれを伝えるものだと思い、この会社で働きたいと思いました。」

英語: “I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture, especially its aesthetics that engage all five senses. I believe Niwaki’s products embody this spirit, and I strongly resonate with the company’s philosophy.”

英語: “In the education field, I honed my skills in carefully identifying and responding to client needs. At Japan House, I deepened my knowledge of inventory management and learned how to authentically communicate the value of Japanese culture. I believe these experiences will be valuable at Niwaki.”

4.ニワキの商品で好きなものは何ですか？

日本語: 「せんていばさみなど、簡単ですが強いつよさを持ったツールが好きです。特にSenteiバサミは使いやすく、見た目も美しいので好きです。」

英語: “I find great appeal in the simple yet powerful tools like secateurs. In particular, I think the Sentei Basami perfectly balances usability and aesthetic beauty.”

5.他に自分の役立ちになると思うスキルはありますか？

日本語: 「日本語は簡単な日常使用に対応できます。そのため、日本人のお客様ともスムーズにやりとりできると思います。また、体力にも自信があるので、重い物を運ぶしごともできます。」

英語: “I can understand and use basic Japanese (around N1 level), which would be an asset in communicating with Japanese customers. Additionally, I am physically fit and confident in handling tasks that require strength, such as moving heavy products.”
