場面：不動産会社で部屋の条件について相談している
A（ジンチャオ）：
すみません、家賃はできるだけ安いに越したことはないのですが、駅から近い物件はありますか？
(Excuse me, it’s best if the rent is as low as possible, but are there any apartments close to the station?)
B（不動産会社）：
はい、いくつかございます。ただ、礼金が必要な物件が多いですね。
(Yes, we have a few. However, most of them require key money.)
A：
礼金がないところがいいです。築年数が少し古いものの、内装がきれいな物件でもかまいません。
(I’d prefer places without key money. I don’t mind if the building is a bit old, as long as the interior is nice.)
家賃15万円の賃貸マンションを借りる場合、いくらかかるか？
契約の時に、
敷金1か月＋礼金０円＋家賃（前払い）1か月＋不動産屋への手数料1か月
＝3か月分が必要です。
鍵交換代は原則、大家負担なので、借主（ジンチャオさん）が払うことはない。
