レッスン１４：意見の伝え方と丁寧な反対意見
このレッスンでは、会議や打ち合わせで自分の意見を伝えたり、相手の意見に対して丁寧に反対したりする際の表現を学びます。特に弁護士として、相手を尊重しつつ、法的なリスクを論理的に指摘するスキルを養いましょう。
1. 語彙 (Vocabulary)

2. 文法 (Grammar)

4. 会話 (Conversation)
シーン：会議でクライアントの田中さんが少しリスクのある戦略を提案し、ジャコモが意見を述べる
田中（クライアント）： 今回のトラブルですが、すぐに裁判（さいばん）を始めたほうがいいと思うんです。
ジャコモ： 田中様がそうおっしゃる理由はよくわかります。
田中： そうでしょう？ 時間をかけたくないんです。
ジャコモ： おっしゃる通りです。ただ、恐縮ですが、私の意見を少し述べさせていただいてもよろしいでしょうか。
田中： はい、もちろんです。
ジャコモ： 今すぐ裁判を始めるより、まずは相手と交渉（こうしょう）したほうがリスクが低いと思います。
田中： 交渉ですか。でも、相手が納得するでしょうか。
ジャコモ： 新しい資料を準備しましたので、これを見せれば相手も納得するはずです。
田中： なるほど。ジャコモさんがそう言うなら、まずは交渉から始めてみましょうか。
ジャコモ： ありがとうございます。そのほうが結果的に早く解決すると思います。
会話の英訳 (English Translation)
Tanaka (Client): Regarding this trouble, I think we should start a lawsuit immediately.
Giacomo: I understand well the reason why you say so, Tanaka-sama.
Tanaka: Right? I don’t want to spend too much time on this.
Giacomo: It is exactly as you say. However, I am sorry, but may I express my opinion for a moment?
Tanaka: Yes, of course.
Giacomo: I think it is lower risk to negotiate with the other party first, rather than starting a lawsuit right away.
Tanaka: Negotiation? But do you think the other party will be convinced?
Giacomo: I have prepared some new materials, so if we show these, they should be convinced.
Tanaka: I see. If you say so, Giacomo-san, shall we start with negotiations first?
Giacomo: Thank you. I think that will result in a faster resolution in the end.

まずは交渉を進めるほうがより安全であると私は存じます。
私の提案に賛成していただき、感謝申し上げます。
相手方が納得するような資料を、週明けまでにご用意する予定です。
