「〜したほうがいいです」といった助言や、「〜でしょう」という推量を使いこなしましょう。

1. 語彙 (Vocabulary)

2. 文法 (Grammar)

3. 敬語 (Keigo – Business Honorifics)

4. 会話 (Conversation)

シーン：ジャコモがクライアントの田中さんに、契約書の修正についてアドバイスする

ジャコモ： 田中さん、先日の契約書を拝見（はいけん）しました。少し法律的なアドバイスをしてもよろしいでしょうか。

田中（クライアント）： はい、お願いします。何か問題がありましたか。

ジャコモ： この第3条の条件（じょうけん）ですが、少し修正（しゅうせい）したほうがいいです。

田中： そうですか。どうしてでしょうか。

ジャコモ： このままでは、将来（しょうらい）トラブルが起きるかもしれません。ですから、こちらの修正案をご提案します。

田中： なるほど。この修正なら、相手（あいて）の会社も納得（なっとく）するでしょうか。

ジャコモ： はい、きっと納得するでしょう。私もそのほうが安全だと存じます。

田中： わかりました。では、この内容で進（すす）めてください。

ジャコモ： 承知（しょうち）いたしました。スケジュールについてはいかがでしょうか。

会話の英訳 (English Translation)

Giacomo: Tanaka-san, I have looked at the contract from the other day. May I give you some legal advice?

Tanaka (Client): Yes, please. Was there any problem?

Giacomo: Regarding the terms in Article 3, you had better amend them slightly.

Tanaka: I see. Why is that?

Giacomo: If we leave it as it is, a trouble might occur in the future. Therefore, I propose this amendment plan.

Tanaka: I see. If it is this amendment, do you think the other company will be satisfied?

Giacomo: Yes, I am sure they will probably be satisfied. I also think (believe) that it is safer that way.

Tanaka: Understood. Then, please proceed with this content.

Giacomo: Certainly. How about the schedule?
