レッスン7：ユーザーテストの分析結果報告

ロイックさんはフロントエンドエンジニアとして、実施されたユーザーテスト（医師や看護師による試用）の結果を分析し、どのUI修正を優先的に行うべきかをチームやステークホルダーに報告・相談する場面を想定します。

---

1. 語彙

語彙	読み方	意味	例文（英訳併記）
懸念　事項	けねん　じこう	気にかかって不安な事柄。	ユーザーテストを通じて、いくつかの深刻な懸念事項が 浮き彫り になりました。 (Through user testing, several serious concerns have come to light.) 今回の旅行の懸念事項は、旅行中に戦争に巻き込まれるかもしれない事です。 最近はトランプ大統領がエプスティン事件に関係がある懸念事項が強くなっています。
乖離	かいり	そむき離れること。結びつきがなくなること。	開発側の想定と、 実際のユーザーの 挙動には大きな乖離が見られました。 (There was a significant discrepancy between the developers’ assumptions and the actual user behavior.) 社長と副社長の経営方針には大きな乖離があり、とうとう副社長は首になってしまった。 この会社の冷凍食品の裏に載っている材料リストと分析結果には大きな乖離があったため、この会社の食品は全体リコールされました。
優先順位	ゆうせんじゅんい	物事を行う順番の重み。	リソースが限られているため、修正箇所の優先順位を明確にする必要があります。 (Since resources are limited, it is necessary to clarify the priority of the points to be fixed.) 試験勉強で、科目の優先順位を考えて計画を立てないと、大学に受からない。 生活でやる事について、私と妻の優先順位がちがうと喧嘩します。
客観的	きゃっかんてき	個人の感情を離れ、第三者の視点で見る様子。	主観ではなく、ログデータに基づいた客観的な分析結果を報告します。 (I will report objective analysis results based on log data, not subjectivity.) 客観的＜＞主観的 長い間、経営している蕎麦屋では蕎麦が一番売れているような気がしたが、客観的なデータによると、 うどんの方が若干多く売れていた。 有名な歌手はいつもいい人のイメージがありましたが、客観的な昔の新聞記事を今調べたら、暗い裏の顔が明らかになりました。
是正	ぜせい	悪い点を正しく直すこと。	誤操作を招く現在のナビゲーションは、直ちに是正すべきです。 (The current navigation, which leads to operational errors, should be corrected immediately.) 時代に合わせて法律を是正していかないといけないのに、法律改正はなかなか進まない。 部長は性格が悪くて、部のメンバーが次々辞めていったので、 部長がカウンセリングを受けて、性格を是正しました。

2. 文法

～に則って	～にのっとって	基準やルール、データに従って。	テスト結果の数値に則って、UIのレイアウトを再検討しました。 (We re-examined the UI layout in accordance with the numerical results of the test.) 日本の高校野球では、厳しい校則に則って、丸坊主にしないといけない学校が９９％だ。 パンケーキミックスの袋の裏に書いてあるレシピに則って、パンケーキを作ったら、失敗しました。
～に至っては	～にいたっては	～という極端な例になると （驚きや呆れ）。	ログインに3分、データの保存に至っては5分以上かかるケースがありました。 (There were cases where it took 3 minutes to log in, and let alone that, more than 5 minutes to save data.)
～を余儀なくされる	～をよぎなくされる	外部の事情で、どうしても～することになる。	ユーザーからの不評を受け、当初の設計の大幅な変更を余儀なくされました。 (Due to negative feedback from users, we were forced to make significant changes to the original design.)
～ないまでも	～ないまでも	～という高いレベルには達しなくても、せめて～。	即時修正は難しいまでも、次回のアップデートで対応を検討すべきです。 (Even if immediate correction is difficult, we should consider addressing it in the next update.)
～んがために	～んがために	～という目的を果たすために（強い意志）。	医療事故を未然に防がんがために、警告表示の視認性を最優先で改善します。 (In order to prevent medical accidents before they happen, we will improve the visibility of warning displays as the highest priority.)

3. 敬語

敬語	読み方	意味	種類	例文（英訳併記）
拝読いたしました	はいどくいたしました	「読んだ」の謙譲語（非常に丁寧）。	謙譲語	現場の看護師の方々から頂いたフィードバックを拝読いたしました。 (I have read the feedback received from the nurses in the field.)
ご教示ください	ごきょうじください	教えてほしい。	尊敬語/丁寧語	修正すべき項目のうち、現場が最も急いでいるものをご教示ください。 (Please guide me on which of the items to be fixed is the most urgent for the field.)
仰せの通り	おおせのとおり	「おっしゃる通り」の非常に丁寧な表現。	尊敬語	PMの仰せの通り、このバグの修正は最優先事項といたします。 (Just as the PM said, we will make fixing this bug the top priority.)
お含みおきください	おふくみおきください	あらかじめ了解しておいてほしい。	丁寧語	全ての要望を反映させると、リリースが遅れる可能性がある点、お含みおきください。 (Please keep in mind that reflecting all requests may delay the release.)
左様でございますか	さようでございますか	「そうですか」の非常に丁寧な表現。	丁寧語	左様でございますか。操作性の向上こそが、ユーザーの最大の望みなのですね。 (Is that so? Improving operability is indeed the user’s greatest desire.)

4. 会話

パターン1：社内会議（ユーザーテストの分析報告）

ロイック: 先週実施したユーザーテストの分析結果を報告します。全体的に、データの網羅性は評価されましたが、特定の操作における懸念事項も浮き彫りになりました。

(I will report the analysis results of the user test conducted last week. Overall, the comprehensiveness of the data was appreciated, but concerns regarding specific operations also came to light.)

PM: 具体的にはどのようなフィードバックがありましたか？

(Specifically, what kind of feedback was there?)

ロイック: 画面遷移の複雑さにより、情報の判別に時間がかかるという声が多数ありました。中には、操作を完了するまでに1分、複雑な入力に至っては3分以上要するケースも見られました。

(There were many comments that it takes time to distinguish information due to the complexity of screen transitions. In some cases, it took 1 minute to complete an operation, and let alone that, more than 3 minutes for complex inputs.)

PM: それは業務に支障をきたしかねませんね。すぐに対応が必要ですか？

(That could hinder operations. Is immediate action necessary?)

ロイック: はい。医療事故を未然に防がんがために、クリティカルな箇所の是正を最優先に進めるべきだと考えております。

(Yes. In order to prevent medical accidents before they happen, I believe we should proceed with the correction of critical areas as the top priority.)

PM: わかりました。修正の優先順位についてはどう考えますか？

(I understand. What are your thoughts on the priority of the corrections?)

ロイック: 客観的なデータに則って、最も離脱率の高い入力フォームの改善から着手することを提案します。ただし、一部の修正は次回のフェーズに回さざるを得ない点、お含みおきください。

(Based on objective data, I propose starting with improving the input forms with the highest drop-off rate. However, please keep in mind that we will have no choice but to postpone some corrections to the next phase.)

パターン2：日常生活（日本での長期滞在と習慣）

同僚: ロイックさんは日本に24年も住んでいるから、もうすっかり日本人より日本のことに詳しそうですね。

(Loic, you’ve lived in Japan for 24 years, so you probably know more about Japan than Japanese people by now.)

ロイック: いえいえ。でも、日本での生活に則って、自分の習慣も随分変わりました。

(Not at all. But my habits have changed quite a bit in accordance with life in Japan.)

同僚: 例えばどんなことですか？

(For example, what kind of things?)

ロイック: 以前はフランス流の長いランチを楽しんでいましたが、今は仕事の合間にベジタリアンの弁当をパッと済ませることもあります。

(I used to enjoy long French-style lunches, but now I sometimes quickly finish a vegetarian bento during work breaks.)

同僚: それは驚きです！フランスの方はお昼を大事にするおろか、食事に時間をかけるイメージでした。

(That’s a surprise! I had an image that French people, let alone valuing lunch, take a lot of time for meals.)

ロイック: ええ。でも、たまには美味しいものを食べんがために、週末はサイクリングを兼ねて遠くのレストランまで足を運びますよ。

(Yes. But sometimes, in order to eat something delicious, I go to far-off restaurants on the weekend, combining it with cycling.)

同僚: メリハリがあっていいですね。今度、ロイックさんおすすめのベジタリアン料理をご教示ください。

(It’s nice to have that balance. Please guide me to your recommended vegetarian dishes sometime.)
