(Lesson 4: Conversations for Outsourcing Development)

1. 語彙 (Vocabulary)

語彙	読み方	意味	例文
委託	いたく	Outsourcing / Entrusting	セキュリティ診断に関しては、専門の外部企業に業務を委託しています。 (Regarding security diagnosis, we outsource the work to a specialized external company.)
納期	のうき	Delivery date / Deadline	市場投入の時期が決まっているため、今回の納期は厳守でお願いします。 (Since the market launch date is fixed, please strictly adhere to this delivery date.)
成果物	せいかぶつ	Deliverable	契約終了時に、ソースコードと設計書を成果物として納品してください。 (Upon completion of the contract, please deliver the source code and design documents as deliverables.)
検収	けんしゅう	Inspection / Acceptance	納品されたシステムが仕様通りに動作するか、来週中に検収を行います。 (We will perform an acceptance inspection within next week to see if the delivered system operates according to specifications.)
瑕疵	かし	Defect / Flaw	万が一、プログラムに重大な瑕疵が見つかった場合は、無償での修正をお願いします。 (In the unlikely event that a serious defect is found in the program, we ask for a fix at no cost.)

2. 文法 (Grammar)

文法	意味	例文

～を問わず	Regardless of	昼夜を問わず、システムに異常が発生した場合は即座に通知が来る仕組みです。 (Regardless of day or night, it is a system where a notification comes immediately if an abnormality occurs in the system.)

3. 敬語 (Honorifics)

4. 会話パターン (Conversation Patterns)

パターン1：委託先への業務説明と納期交渉

ビビアン：本日はご足労いただきありがとうございます。今回はロボットの音声合成エンジンの開発を貴社に委託したいと考えております。

Vivian: Thank you for coming today. We would like to outsource the development of the robot’s speech synthesis engine to your company.

委託先担当者：光栄です。弊社は多言語対応のAI音声技術を得意としておりますので、必ずやご期待に沿えると考えております。

Partner: We are honored. Since our company specializes in multilingual AI voice technology, we believe we can definitely meet your expectations.

ビビアン：それは心強いです。ただ、次の展示会に間に合わせるため、納期を来月末に設定せざるを得ないのですが、いかがでしょうか？

Vivian: That’s reassuring. However, in order to make it in time for the next exhibition, we have no choice but to set the deadline for the end of next month. How does that look?

委託先担当者：来月末ですか。かなりタイトなスケジュールですが、最大限調整させていただきます。

Partner: The end of next month? That is a very tight schedule, but we will make the maximum adjustments possible.

ビビアン：ありがとうございます。技術的な詳細については、弊社のエンジニアから直接お申し付けください。

Vivian: Thank you. Please have our engineers tell you the technical details directly.

委託先担当者：承知いたしました。仕様書を拝読し、週明けに正式な工程表をお持ちします。

Partner: Understood. I will read the specifications and bring a formal roadmap at the beginning of the week.

パターン2：検収と不具合への対応

ビビアン：昨日納品された成果物の検収を行いましたが、一部のレスポンスに遅延が見受けられました。

Vivian: We performed an acceptance inspection of the deliverables delivered yesterday, but we observed delays in some of the responses.

委託先担当者：申し訳ございません。特定のハードウェア構成において、瑕疵があった可能性がございます。

Partner: We apologize. There is a possibility that there was a defect in a specific hardware configuration.

ビビアン：この製品の品質次第で、今後の継続的な提携が決まるといっても過言ではありません。早急な対応をお願いします。

Vivian: It is not an exaggeration to say that our future ongoing partnership depends on the quality of this product. Please respond as soon as possible.

委託先担当者：はい。修正プログラムを本日中に作成し、再納品いたします。

Partner: Yes. We will create a patch within today and redeliver it.

ビビアン：不具合の原因が環境を問わず発生するものなのか、調査結果も併せて報告いただけますか？

Vivian: Could you also report the investigation results on whether the cause of the malfunction occurs regardless of the environment?

委託先担当者：承知いたしました。徹底的に原因を究明し、再発防止に努めます。
