日本で新たに法人を設立し、事業を軌道（きどう）に乗せることは容易（ようい）ではない。
It is not easy to establish a new corporation in Japan and get a business on track.
特に外国人起業家にとって、ビザの取得（しゅとく）や銀行での資金調達（しきんちょうたつ）は、依然として高いハードルとなっている。
Obtaining a visa and obtaining bank financing remain significant hurdles, especially for foreign entrepreneurs.
しかし、近年では政府による支援 策（しえん さく）も拡充（かくじゅう）されており、
画期的なアイデアを持つ若者（わかもの）には多くのチャンスが開かれている。
