パターン１：キャリアコンサルタントとの面談

コンサルタント：ジュンさん、最近の労働市場の動向については、ニュースなどでお聞き及びでしょうか。

(Jun, have you heard about the recent trends in the labor market from the news or elsewhere?)

ジュン：はい。日本でも人材の流動性が高まり、転職が一般的になっていると伺っています。

(Yes. I’ve heard that the mobility of human resources is increasing in Japan and changing jobs is becoming common.)

コンサルタント：その通りです。ジュンさんのように専門性が高い方は、より良い待遇を求めて動くチャンスです。

(Exactly. For someone with high expertise like you, it is a chance to move in search of better treatment.)

ジュン：今の職場も良いのですが、より個人の裁量が大きく、評価制度が一新された環境に惹かれています。

(My current workplace is good, but I am attracted to an environment where there is greater individual discretion and the evaluation system has been completely renewed.)

コンサルタント：承知いたしました。お差し支えなければ、希望する具体的な条件を詳しくお聞かせいただけますか。
