２．文法

1. ～に際して / ～にあたって (On the occasion of / Upon)

意味: 何か重要なことを始める時、あるいは特別な行事の時に使う。
例文: 新システムの刷新に際して、現行プロセスの徹底的な見直しを行います。(Upon the renewal of the new system, we will conduct a thorough review of the current processes.)

2. ～を皮切りに (Starting with / Beginning with)

意味: 一つの出来事がきっかけとなって、次々と物事が展開する様子。
例文: 本日のキックオフを皮切りに、各部門へのヒアリングを順次進めてまいります。(Starting with today’s kick-off, we will proceed with interviews for each department in sequence.)

3. ～抜きでは (Without / If we leave out…)

意味: ～がなければ、～を考慮に入れなければ（後ろには否定的な内容が来ることが多い）。
例文: セキュリティの確保抜きでは、このプロジェクトの遂行はあり得ません。(The execution of this project is impossible without ensuring security.)

4. ～（の）極み (The height of / Utmost)

意味: 最高に～である、これ以上の状態はないという強調。
例文: 重要な要件定義のリードを任され、光栄の極みです。(I am extremely honored to be entrusted with leading the important requirements definition.)

5. ～かねない (Might / Could possibly)

意味: （悪い結果になる）可能性がある。
例文: データの不整合を放置すると、システム全体に重大な影響を及ぼしかねません。(Leaving data inconsistencies unresolved could possibly have a serious impact on the entire system.)

３．会話パターン

パターン１：キックオフ会議の冒頭

Aravindh：皆様、本日はお忙しい中、本プロジェクトのキックオフ会議にお集まりいただき、誠にありがとうございます。

Aravindh: Everyone, thank you very much for gathering for this project’s kick-off meeting today despite your busy schedules.

パターン２：ステークホルダーとの個別調整

ステークホルダー：今回の刷新で、自動車保険の特約部分はどこまで網羅されるのでしょうか。

Aravindh：現行機能の全てを網羅した上で、最新のコンプライアンス要件も組み込む予定です。
