１．語彙

２．文法

1. ～を余儀なくされる (To be forced to / To have no choice but to)

意味: 自分の意志ではなく、状況によってどうしてもそうしなければならない状態になる。
例文: システムの不具合により、現場の担当者は手作業での対応を余儀なくされています。(Due to system glitches, the staff on-site are being forced to handle matters manually.)

2. ～に至るまで (Down to / Up to / Even to)

意味: 範囲が非常に広く、細かい極端な例まで含める時に使う。
例文: 契約の申し込みから保険証券の発行に至るまで、全てのフローを可視化します。(We will visualize every flow, from contract applications down to the issuance of insurance policies.)

3. ～といったところだ (Around / At most / No more than)

意味: 程度や数量がだいたいそのくらいであることを示す。
例文: 現在のヒアリングの進捗状況は、全体の４割といったところだ。(The current progress of the interviews is around 40% of the total.)

4. ～といっても過言ではない (It is no exaggeration to say that)

意味: 非常に強調したい時に使う表現。
例文: この課題を解決することが、プロジェクト成功の鍵といっても過言ではありません。(It is no exaggeration to say that solving this issue is the key to the project’s success.)

5. ～ものがある (There is something… / It’s quite…)

意味: そのような性質や感じが強く認められる。
例文: 現行システムの処理の遅さには、業務を停滞させるものがあります。(There is something about the slowness of the current system’s processing that causes business stagnation.)

３．会話パターン

パターン１：現状の課題についての打ち合わせ

Aravindh：現行システムの業務フローを分析した結果、いくつかの深刻な課題が見つかりました。

Aravindh: As a result of analyzing the current system’s business flow, several serious issues have been identified.

マネージャー：具体的にはどのような点ですか。

Manager: Specifically, what points are you referring to?

Aravindh：特に保険金の支払いプロセスにおいて、手動作業がボトルネックになっています。

Aravindh: Especially in the insurance payment process, manual tasks are becoming a bottleneck.

マネージャー：それは問題ですね。本来は自動化されているべき部分ですね。

Manager: That is a problem. That is a part that should originally be automated.

Aravindh：はい。システムの機能と実務の間に大きな乖離があり、非効率な運用を余儀なくされています。

Aravindh: Yes. There is a significant divergence between the system’s functions and actual operations, forcing inefficient management.

マネージャー：抜本的な解決策を検討する必要がありますね。

Manager: We need to consider a radical solution.

パターン２：ユーザー部門へのヒアリング

Aravindh：新しいシステムでは、現行の良い部分は踏襲しつつ、不便な点を改善したいと考えています。

Aravindh: For the new system, we would like to improve the inconvenient points while following the good aspects of the current one.

ユーザー：そうですか。今のシステムは、検索機能はおろか、データの保存にも時間がかかるんです。

User: I see. The current system takes time even to save data, let alone its search functionality.

Aravindh：検索条件から表示速度に至るまで、全てを最適化する予定です。

Aravindh: We plan to optimize everything, from the search criteria down to the display speed.

ユーザー：それが実現すれば、私たちの業務時間は大幅に短縮されるといっても過言ではありません。

User: If that is realized, it is no exaggeration to say that our working hours will be significantly reduced.

Aravindh：現在のヒアリング状況は、全体の進捗の８割といったところですので、もう少しお時間をください。

Aravindh: The current status of the interviews is about 80% of the total progress, so please give us a little more time.
