レッスン１８：リスク管理と法的見解の提示
このレッスンでは、弁護士として将来起きるかもしれない問題（リスク）を予測し、クライアントにアドバイスする表現を学びます。「〜おそれがあります」や「〜かもしれません」を使って、専門的な見解を論理的に伝える練習をしましょう。
1. 語彙 (Vocabulary)

2. 文法 (Grammar)

ジャコモ： はい、先ほど拝見しました。本件に関する私の見解を申し上げます。
田中： お願いします。何か問題がありそうですか？
ジャコモ： 今の計画のままでは、現地の法律に違反するおそれがあります。
田中： 違反ですか。それは困りましたね。

Giacomo: If the plan stays as it is now, there is a risk that it will violate local laws.
Tanaka: A violation? That’s a problem, isn’t it?
Giacomo: Yes. In the worst-case scenario, you might have to stop the business operations.
Tanaka: Is there a way to avoid the risk?
Giacomo: I am examining countermeasures to change part of the contract details. I think (believe) that a revision is necessary now so that no trouble occurs.
