シーン：ジャコモがクライアントに、なぜ契約の締結が遅れているのか理由を説明する

ジャコモ： 申し訳（わけ）ございません。実（じつ）は、今回のケースは法律がとても複雑なので、調査（ちょうさ）に時間がかかっています。

田中： そうですか。何か特別な原因があるんですか。

ジャコモ： はい。新しい証拠が見つかったため、
内容（ないよう）を　確認（かくにん）し　直さなければ　なりません。

田中： なるほど。相手の会社の条件はどうですか。

ジャコモ： 相手の条件は少し厳（きび）しすぎます。このままでは、
田中さんにとって不利（ふり）になるからです。

田中： わかりました。ジャコモさんがそこまで言うなら、慎重（しんちょう）に進めたほうがいいですね。

ジャコモ： はい。間違い（まちがい）がないように、私が責任（せきにん）を持って担当いたします。

田中： 助かります。また何かあれば教えてください。

ジャコモ： 承知（しょうち）いたしました。
詳しい（くわしい）状況（じょうきょう）がわかり次第（しだい）、
