パターン１：キャリアコンサルタントとの面談

コンサルタント：ジュンさん、最近の労働市場の動向（どうこう）については、ニュースなどでお聞き及び（および）でしょうか。

(Jun, have you heard about the recent trends in the labor market from the news or elsewhere?)

ジュン：はい。日本でも人材（じんざい）の流動性が高まり、転職（てんしょく）が一般的になっていると　伺（うかが）って　います。

(Yes. I’ve heard that the mobility of human resources is increasing in Japan and changing jobs is becoming common.)

コンサルタント：その通りです。ジュンさんのように専門性が高い方は、より良い待遇（たいぐう）を求めて　動（うご）く　チャンスです。

(Exactly. For someone with high expertise like you, it is a chance to move in search of better treatment.)

ジュン：今の職場（しょくば）も良いのですが、より個人の裁量（さいりょう）が大きく、評価（ひょうか）制度（せいど）が一新された環境に惹（ひ）かれています。
