みなさん、画面は共有できていますか？今日から私たちの開発チームに、ITエンジニアのアラヴィンドさんが参画します。アラヴィンドさん、自己紹介をお願いできますか？
(Is everyone able to see the shared screen? Starting today, Mr. Aravindh, an IT engineer, will join our development team. Aravindh, could you introduce yourself?)
アラヴィンド：
みなさん、おはようございます。アラヴィンドと申します。インドから参りました。今月からこちらの保険システム開発プロジェクトにアサインされました。
(Good morning, everyone. My name is Aravindh. I came from India. I have been assigned to this insurance system development project starting this month.)
リーダー（高橋）：
アラヴィンドさんは、保険関係のシステム開発を中心に豊富な実績をお持ちです。基本的には在宅勤務でのご参画となります。
(Aravindh has a rich track record focusing mainly on insurance-related system development. Basically, he will be participating via working from home.)
アラヴィンド：
はい。これまで保険システムをはじめとするバックエンド構築に長年携わってきました。在宅勤務が中心となりますが、オンラインツールを通じて積極的にコミュニケーションを取りたいと考えております。
(Yes. Up until now, I have been involved in backend construction, starting with insurance systems, for many years. Although I will mainly work from home, I hope to communicate actively through online tools.)
アラヴィンド：
プロジェクトの計画に沿ってチームに貢献できるよう努めます。まだ日本語で至らない点もあるかと存じますが、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
(I will strive to contribute to the team in line with the project plan. I know there may still be areas where my Japanese falls short, but I look forward to working with you.)

Pattern 2: Online Small Talk About Work Style and Hobbies (Everyday Life / Casual)
同僚（鈴木）：
アラヴィンドさん、ミーティングお疲れ様！画面越しだけど、改めてよろしくね。在宅勤務の環境は整った？
(Aravindh, good job in the meeting! Nice to meet you again over the screen. Have you set up your work-from-home environment?)
アラヴィンド：
お疲れ様です！こちらこそ、よろしくお願いします。はい、自宅のデスク環境も整ったので、とても快適に作業できています。
(Good job! Likewise, nice to meet you. Yes, my home desk environment is set up too, so I can work very comfortably.)
同僚（鈴木）：
それはよかった！ずっと家にいると気分転換が大変じゃない？休日は何をして過ごしているの？
(Glad to hear that! Isn’t it tough to refresh yourself when you’re always at home? How do you spend your weekends?)
アラヴィンド：
平日は在宅で座っていることが多いので、休日はロードバイクで多摩川沿いをサイクリングしています。良い気分転換になりますよ。
(Since I’m sitting down working from home on weekdays, I ride my road bike along the Tama River on weekends. It’s a great way to refresh.)
同僚（鈴木）：
へえ、サイクリング！在宅ワークの運動不足解消にぴったりだね。今度おすすめのコースがあったら教えてよ！
(Oh, cycling! That’s perfect for relieving lack of exercise from teleworking. Tell me if you have any recommended routes next time!)
