(Aravindh, have you gotten used to communication using chat tools during telework?)
アラヴィンド：
はい、社内ガイドラインに沿ってSlackを活用しています。要件を簡潔に記載し、スレッドを分けてやり取りするよう意識しています。
(Yes, I am utilizing Slack in line with internal guidelines. I am conscious of noting requirements concisely and keeping interactions in separate threads.)
リーダー（高橋）：
素晴らしいね。テキストだけだと、チーム内で認識の相違が生じる恐れもあるから、気をつけているポイントはある？
(Wonderful. Since text alone carries the risk of differences in understanding arising within the team, are there points you are careful about?)
アラヴィンド：
前回のミーティングを踏まえて、図やスクショを添付するようにしています。また、結果が出次第、チャンネル全体へ進捗を共有しています。
(Taking into account the previous meeting, I try to attach diagrams and screenshots. Also, as soon as results come out, I share progress with the entire channel.)
リーダー（高橋）：
完璧だね！テキストで伝えきれないときは、気軽にHuddle（通話機能）を繋いで話そうね。
(Perfect! When things can’t be fully conveyed via text, feel free to drop into a Huddle call to speak.)
パターン2：ステータス更新と気分転換の雑談（日常・カジュアル）
Pattern 2: Status Updates and Refreshing Small Talk (Everyday Life / Casual)
同僚（鈴木）：
アラヴィンドさん、お昼休みにアイコンのステータスが「🚲サイクリング中」になってたね（笑）！
(Aravindh, during lunch break your icon status was set to “🚲 Cycling” (laughs)!)
アラヴィンド：
あ、見られていましたか（笑）！在宅ワークだと離席の連絡をチャットで伝えるのがルールなので、ステータスも更新しておきました。
(Ah, you saw that (laughs)! Since dropping a note on chat when stepping away is the rule during telework, I updated my status too.)
同僚（鈴木）：
すごく分かりやすくて良いと思う！ちょっと外の空気を吸いに走ってきたの？
(I think it’s very clear and great! Did you ride out to get a breath of fresh air?)
アラヴィンド：
はい、30分ほど近所を走ってきました。画面と向き合い続けると集中力が切れるので、良いリフレッシュになります。
(Yes, I went riding around the neighborhood for about 30 minutes. Continuing to face the screen breaks my concentration, so it’s a good refresh.)
同僚（鈴木）：
いいね！自分のペースでメリハリをつけて在宅ワークをこなせていて素晴らしいよ！午後もチャットで連携しながら進めよう！
