ガエル：

はい、作業手順書に基づいて準備を進めています。遮断器の開放手順も確認しました。

(Yes, I am preparing based on the work procedure document. I have also verified the breaker opening sequence.)

先輩（佐藤）：

素晴らしいね。高圧設備は少しのミスでも感電の恐れがあるから、点検に先立って検電器の動作確認も忘れないでね。

(Great. Since even a small mistake with high-voltage equipment carries a risk of electric shock, don’t forget to check the operation of the voltage detector prior to the inspection.)

ガエル：

承知しました。絶縁保護具を着用した上で、現場で指差称呼を徹底します！

Pattern 2: Chat About Safety Gear During Break (Everyday Life / Casual)

同僚（田中）：

ガエルさん、お疲れ様！日本の安全靴やヘルメットの着け心地はどう？

(Good job, Gaël! How does the Japanese safety footwear and helmet feel to wear?)

ガエル：

お疲れ様です！日本の保護具はとても軽くて動きやすいですね。フランスで使っていたものより快適です。

(Good job! Japanese protective gear is very light and easy to move in. It’s more comfortable than what I used in France.)

同僚（田中）：

それはよかった！ちなみに、さっきの「指差称呼」は慣れた？フランスでも同じような文化はあるの？

(Glad to hear that! By the way, have you gotten used to “pointing and calling” earlier? Is there a similar culture in France?)

ガエル：

声に出すのは少し照れますが、間違いを防ぐにはとても良い方法ですね。フランスでも確認手順はありますが、ここまで声と手を使う文化は新鮮です。

(It’s a bit embarrassing to speak out loud, but it’s a very good way to prevent mistakes. We have check procedures in France too, but using voice and gestures to this extent is fresh to me.)
