ロイック: これまでの島での経験を踏まえて、地方でのIT活用を支援する取り組みや、より柔軟な開発体制の構築に貢献したいと考えています。

ロイック: 地方移住であれ都市部での生活であれ、自分自身が納得できる環境を選ぶことの重要性を実感しています。

(Whether it is moving to the countryside or living in an urban area, I truly feel the importance of choosing an environment where you yourself are satisfied.)

リーダー: 確かにそうですね。島での料理やDIYの経験も、エンジニアとしての柔軟な思考に役立っているようですね。

(That’s certainly true. It seems your experiences with island cooking and DIY are also helpful for flexible thinking as an engineer.)

ロイック: はい。もし予期せぬ環境変化で方針変更を余儀なくされたとしても、島で身につけた適応力があれば乗り越えられる自信がつきました。
