同僚: なるほど、料理の考え方が業務にも活かされているんですね！最近はどんな料理を作っているんですか？

ロイック: 旬の島野菜を使ったパエリアです。地元の味噌で味付けを工夫していて、手抜きの料理で妥協しまいとこだわっています。

ロイック: 近所の方にいただいた野菜を使って、発酵調味料でじっくり煮込み料理を作る予定です。収穫の時期ともなると、たくさんの食材をいただけるので感謝しています。

(I plan to use vegetables given by neighbors to make a slow-simmered dish with fermented seasonings. When it comes to harvest season, I receive lots of ingredients, so I’m very grateful.)
